How do I reset my password?

On the sign in screen, tap Forgot password and enter the email tied to your account. You'll get a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before reaching out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the store you purchased from, not inside Via Nova.

• iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Via Nova, then Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Via Nova.

Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by Via Nova. For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, request a refund through the Play Store order history. If a charge looks wrong, email us and we'll help you sort out what happened.

My progress didn't save

Progress syncs when your device is online. Check your connection, close and reopen the app, and confirm you're signed in to the right account. If a stage still shows as incomplete, email us with the stage name and roughly when it happened.

Do I need my own idea to start?

No. Dreamforge is built to help you find one from scratch. If you already have an idea, bring it and keep moving through the stages.

Who can use Via Nova?

Via Nova is available to anyone 13 and older. If you're under 18, we recommend going through it with a parent, guardian, or teacher in the loop.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account, or email us and we'll take care of it. Deleting removes your account and the content tied to it. This can't be undone.
